For Calligraphy Addressing Orders please fill out the form below with all the required information. The Butler's Pantry will promptly respond to your inquiry via email to verify your order. Your order will be shipped once full payment is received. Orders should be made at least three weeks in advance to your desired completion time. Turnaround time varies from 50-100 envelopes a day. Custom fonts can absolutely be done to match your invitation font and will be priced as our Luxe Co.
To reserve your booking a non-refundable retainer is required. The full amount of this retainer will be applied to your final balance. Please visit our Calligraphy Pricing Page to pay your retainer after filling out this form via Etsy.

Please waive any signatures required on postage. Requiring a signature risks a delay in turnaround time by the carrier having to redeliver.
Should something go wrong with the shipment either being damaged or lost, the work will be covered and redone at no charge. Envelopes will need to be client supplied unless additional insurance is purchased.
Ordering a proof is now required to complete your order with The Butler's Pantry. In doing so you are ensuring the envelope style and ink color are meeting your expectations for your envelopes. Once the proof is approved, any revisions and changes to the overall style and ink color once the order is complete will be charged at full price + a rush fee.
